Seller operations, without the weight

Sell anywhere.
Run everything from Sellerly.

Orders, customers, products, stock and fulfilment in one clean workspace — for the businesses selling through WhatsApp, Instagram, a marketplace and their own website all at once, and holding it together in a spreadsheet.

No storefront to build. No integrations to wait for. You can take your first order about a minute after you sign in.

Sellerly exists to answer six questions

  • What did I sell?
  • Who bought it?
  • Has it been paid?
  • Do I have it in stock?
  • Has it been packed?
  • Has it shipped?

And one more, every morning: what needs my attention today? That is the first thing you see when you open it.

Today

Work, not dashboards

Sellerly opens on what needs doing — orders waiting on payment, parcels waiting to be packed, things running out. The numbers are there, underneath, where a number belongs.

No vanity metrics

A wall of charts tells a small seller nothing they can act on before lunch. Sellerly leads with the list of things to do.

Everything one tap away

Built for a phone at a packing table as much as a laptop at a desk.

Quick Order

A WhatsApp order, start to finish

  1. 1CustomerType three letters of a name — or add a new one on the spot.
  2. 2ItemsSearch by name or SKU, press Enter, adjust the quantity.
  3. 3MoneyDiscount if you gave one. Delivery or collection.
  4. 4PaymentUnpaid, part paid or paid, with how it was paid.
  5. 5ConfirmStock comes off, the order gets a number, the timeline starts.

Quick Order

An order arrives on WhatsApp. Twenty seconds later it is in Sellerly.

Most small sellers do not take orders through a checkout. They take them in a message, a comment, a phone call or across a counter — and then retype them into a spreadsheet at eleven at night.

Quick Order is one screen. Choose or create the customer, search products by name or SKU, set quantities, say whether it is paid and whether it is being delivered, and confirm. Keyboard the whole way on a laptop; thumbs the whole way on a phone.

What it does

Enough structure for a real business. Not an inch more.

Sellerly is one workspace with seven things in it. Each one exists because a seller running a growing business cannot do without it — and nothing else got in.

Orders

Payment and packing tracked separately, because an order can be paid and unpacked. A readable number, a customer, a channel and a timeline.

Customers

Who bought what, how to reach them, and what they have spent. Not a surveillance CRM — just the address book a seller actually needs.

Products

Names, SKUs, prices, costs and variants. Sizes and colours without a product-information system to learn.

Stock

Counts that change through recorded movements, never by overwriting a number. Every change has a reason and a name against it.

Packing

A focused screen that answers “what do I pack today?” and works properly on a tablet propped against a box.

Shipping

Carrier, tracking number and a link if you have one. Partial parcels when only three of the four things are in.

Returns

Per item and per unit. One candle back means one candle back — and back into stock only if you say so.

Payments

Unpaid, part paid, paid, refunded — recorded the way the money actually arrived, whether that was cash, card or a bank transfer.

Reporting

Sales over time, sales by channel, top products, stock movement, returns. Real rows, no invented forecasts.

Every channel

Multi-channel visibility on day one — with no integrations at all

Every order carries the channel it came from, chosen by you when you take it. That is the whole mechanism, and it works the moment you start.

Nothing to connect

No API key, no marketplace approval, no waiting. WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, your website, a marketplace, the phone, the counter — and any channel you add yourself.

Honest about what is not here

Sellerly has no marketplace integrations, and you will not find a “Connect Shopify” button pretending otherwise. The architecture is ready for them; the buttons appear when the connectors do.

Fulfilment

The part of the day that is actually work

Taking the order is a minute. Packing twenty of them is the afternoon. So the packing screen is a real screen, not a checkbox on a detail page.

Partial parcels

Send what you have now and the rest when it arrives. The order knows the difference; so does the customer’s timeline.

Print what you need

Packing slip, receipt, invoice and order confirmation, from the same order, with your business on them.

Being clear

What Sellerly is not

A short list, because knowing what a tool refuses to be is how you know whether it is for you.

Not a webshop

Sellerly does not host a storefront or take payments from your customers. Sell wherever you already sell.

Not accounting software

It shows revenue, cost and an estimated gross margin where you have entered costs. That is an operational view, not a tax return.

Not an ERP

No purchase orders, no manufacturing, no general ledger, no six-week implementation.

Not a CRM

There is no pipeline, no lead scoring and no tracking. A customer record holds what you need to send them their parcel.

Everything you sold, everywhere you sold it
