Using Sellerly

You are responsible for who you give access to and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us straight away if you think an account has been used by somebody who should not have it.

Everything you put into Sellerly — your orders, customers, products and stock — belongs to your business. We store and process it so the product can work for you, and for nothing else. You can export it at any time.

Sellerly records payments; it does not process them and it does not move money. It produces order documents; those are operational documents and are not guaranteed to satisfy the statutory invoicing requirements of any particular jurisdiction. It calculates tax from rates you configure; it is not tax advice and it is not accounting software. Where it shows gross profit, that is an operational estimate based on the cost prices you entered.

We aim to keep Sellerly available and we will tell you about planned work in advance where we can. During early access there is no service-level guarantee, and we would rather say that than imply one.

Do not use Sellerly to break the law, to sell things you are not permitted to sell, or to attempt to reach another business’s data. We will suspend an account that does.

You can stop using Sellerly whenever you like. Export your data first — it takes a few clicks — and tell us so we can close the account properly. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, and we will explain why.

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell the account owner by email before it takes effect.
